It's nice that you liked it so much, but it's also really a wonderful spot for hiking. Never seen so many great views and hiking trails with such a grandiose landscape bundled on maybe 20x10km, the Alpstein is already very exposed in the otherwise quite flat surrounding area, which makes it appear larger and mightier than it actually is with its maximum of 2500m. There are also many detailed descriptions of this hike on the Internet, you should always keep in mind that the path is classified in T3, which you notice at the end, because it gets very rugged in parts and you often have to look for the actual path, but you always has the Säntis as a goal in mind anyway. Basically you should be fit and in some places sure-footed and not afraid of heights.

Yes, it is certainly interesting to see from which country these vehicles actually come from the BMW brand, although that is only partly true, they are manufactured and designed in the USA, at least the Z4 series of this E85 generation. Conversely, I also find it interesting how much enthusiasm the Japanese have for this car when you see pictures from Japan.

Ja da hat BMW einen guten Wurf mit dem F10 gemacht denke ich. Am Ende ist das Gerät völlig Original, nix tiefer, Serienfelgen, mal kein M-Paket... und trotzdem sportlich Elegant. Die Drohne macht es immer wieder tolle Aufnahmen... besten dank.

@@RnnyG Ganz ehrlich, ein M-Paket ist optisch nicht selten auch einfach "too much". Der F10 ist an und für sich schon ein derart elegantes Fahrzeug, der auch schon im Originalzustand sehr viel her macht. Das entscheidende sind da eher schöne Felgen, um den Gesamteindruck abzurunden. Ich mag es bei Fahrzeugen ohnehin etwas schlichter. Lieber unverbastelt und in einem sehr guten und gepflegten Zustand als "tiefer-breiter-schneller"

@@crs_-vf7mx Sehe ich genauso, es braucht nicht viel beim F10. Noch dazu zieht ein M-Paket oft fragwürdige Vorbesitzer mit sich, eine anständige Historie bei einem Gebrauchtwagen ist einfach das A und O.

Naja auf diese 19 Zoll Felgen mit dem Fahrwerk ist leider nichts mit Schneeketten. Ich glaube da ist ne tüte Streusand bei dem Eis unter den Rädern die praktikabelste Lösung was ;) .... an was man alles denken muss ^^

Das ST XA ... quasi ein KW V.2 in Verzinktem Stahl statt Edelstahl. Bin sehr zufrieden!

@@RnnyG Danke für deine Antwort. Ich selber bin auch am überlegen das ST XA bei meinem e85 zu verbauen, gerade um ein wenig näher an der Straße zu sitzen (natürlich auch wegen der Optik) und auch um noch mehr Freude bei Kurvenfahrten zu haben. Hast du das Fahrwerk noch individuell eingestellt oder so verbaut wie es von ST geliefert worden ist?

@@Simon-zb2kb Ja das ST XA sollte schon als recht Kompromisslos verstanden werden, komfortabel ist es eigentlich nicht mehr, es ist schon eher von der Straffen Natur her, aber das passt ja gut zu einem Roadster. Ich habe das Fahrwerk zusätzlich vom Wolfgang Weber in Bayern abstimmen lassen, er hat einen guten Ruf, und die Anfahrt lohnt sich. Dem Wagen wurde so das Untersteuern sprichwörtlich ausgetrieben. Wichtig sind eben aber auch gute Reifen, sie sind das Schlüsselglied zur Straße, ich fahre mit höchster Zufriedenheit die PS4s von Michelin in 235/265 auf 19er Felgen.
